These terms govern your use of MashaAI Connect's AI appointment setting and calling services. By booking a demo, signing up, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

MashaAI Connect provides AI-powered appointment setting and calling agent services, including automated lead follow-up, qualification, and calendar booking, delivered via voice AI infrastructure and integrated with client calendar and CRM systems.

Setup and Subscription

Access to the service requires payment of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription, or a pay-as-you-go usage fee for AI Calling Agents, at the rates published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining and documenting lawful consent from their leads prior to any call made through the service, in compliance with TCPA and applicable state law
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of lead data and calendar availability provided to the service
Clients may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used to contact individuals who have not consented to be contacted, to make misleading claims, or for any purpose that violates applicable telemarketing, consumer protection, or data privacy law. MashaAI Connect reserves the right to suspend service for violations of this policy.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party infrastructure outages (including from our voice AI and telephony providers) may occasionally affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

MashaAI Connect is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MashaAI Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed appointments, lead data errors, or third-party integration failures. Liability for unlawful contact of leads, including TCPA violations, rests with the client as the party responsible for consent collection.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
