Information We Collect
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company or brokerage name, industry, and phone number if provided. If you become a client, we additionally process the lead data you provide to us — names and phone numbers of your leads — solely to deliver the appointment-setting and calling service.
How We Use Information
- To respond to demo requests and communicate about our services
- To deliver the AI appointment setting and calling service to clients
- To improve our product based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns
- To meet legal and compliance obligations, including TCPA-related consent recordkeeping
TCPA and Consent
For clients using MashaAI Connect to contact their own leads, the client is responsible for obtaining and documenting proper consent from each lead prior to any call, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. MashaAI Connect provides consent-capture tooling to support this, but liability for lawful consent collection rests with the client, as set out in the service agreement.
Third-Party Services
MashaAI Connect uses third-party infrastructure providers to deliver its service, including voice AI infrastructure (Retell AI), calendar and CRM integrations (such as Google Calendar, Calendly, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel), and form-processing tools. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
Call Recording
Calls placed through MashaAI Connect may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and transparency purposes. Recording practices comply with applicable state and federal call-recording laws.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their lead data upon offboarding, subject to any regulatory retention requirements.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
